The home is conveniently located 14 miles from Clemson University, 8 miles from Anderson University, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing & Events Center (home of the Bassmaster events), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.

The main level features two king-bed primary suites, each with an adjoining bathroom and a large Smart TV. The upscale primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower with dual showerheads, separate his-and-hers vanities, an additional powder room with vanity, and a walk-in closet.
Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and Smart TV. One also includes a full-size trundle bed and a Pack ’n Play.
Gather in the living room around the cozy wood-burning fireplace, with comfortable seating and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV. For extra entertainment, head to the Tiger Den Game Room for pool, darts, or a game of cards, or unwind in the adjoining lounge with a large Roku TV. The loft offers another living space with a sectional sleeper sofa, oversized beanbag, Smart TV, books, and board games. Need to stay connected? The property offers a home office with a desk, printer, monitor, twin futon and complimentary Wi-Fi providing a convenient space for remote work or school.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for a group easy, with a double oven with air fryer, and numerous small appliances including, Keurig Duo coffee maker, slow cooker/crock pot, microwave, blender, toaster and more. There’s also a lower-level kitchenette with a second refrigerator, oven, washer and dryer, and utility sink.

One of the best features of Tigertown Lake Escape is the outdoor space. Relax on the expansive screened porch, featuring an outdoor Smart TV, comfortable large sectioal sofa, fire table, dining table, and beautiful sunset views. The adjoining back porch has a Weber gas grill, Bistro Table, child-size picnic table and additional seating. Enjoy a game of cornhole, or gather around the fire pit in the evening for s'mores, hot dogs, or stories and good times under the trees. The property also offers a fenced yard providing a secure outdoor area for your four-legged companions.
Bring your boat or personal watercraft and enjoy the large covered dock, reached by a gentle slope and stairs. Guests can also use the water mat, two paddleboards, a four-person paddleboat, and a two-person kayak—or cast a line from the dock. Explore the walking and hiking trail through the woods to the on-property waterfall.

**Please note: Due to drought conditions, Lake Hartwell’s water level is currently very low. The dock is not accessible by boat, and there is no water directly beneath it. Guests may beach a boat in the cove and walk from the dock to the boat. The cove is scheduled to be dredged in 2026, with deeper water expected at the dock beginning in 2027.
The garage is not available to guests, but there is ample parking on the property. A guest house is also located on the property and may be occupied by the owner. Guest privacy will be respected: the owner will not use the dock or main-house grounds, and will park using a separate parking area. If this is a concern, please inquire with the owner and the guest house will not be occupied.
