The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. « The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing. « We had a fabulous time at our countryside retreat in Athens. It was very easy to get to campus but when you were at the house - it was a wonderful oasis. We would definitely stay there again! »

« We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. It is nicely furnished. Almost everything is new! It has so many amenities not listed. Our family enjoyed playing pool in the downstairs game room. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. It was perfect for our family of five but has nice beds for 10 more people. »
