It’s just outside of the touristy area, making it a quiet, peaceful getaway. The bed and furniture are nice and comfortable. « The house was great. The road to get to it was not. Narrow, steep and rough. Also the washer and dryer are to big for the area they are in. Very hard to do laundry. I have bruises on my belly from squeezing in to do my laundry. But other than that I slept like a baby every night. I would stay again. Thank you to the owner. »

« Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Price was good for this unit.Cons: Patio Door Blind could have worked better. « This property was awesome. The river was perfect. We could catch a few small fish and my son was out there every morning. The ducks were there pretty much all day everyday as well as turkey, squirrels, and rabbits. The area was very quiet and getting to pigeon forge was quick and easy. The only negative I can think of is that the water is certainly not palatable and has a strong smell. We had plenty of bottled water to drink and would still 100% stay here again! I sort of wish there were bunk...
