« House was quaint. Fully stocked except for a hair dryer if you want one. The property was beautiful! The river views were excellent! I hated to leave. Definitely recommend. »

« We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned...

« We had a great stay! Margo was very responsive, the house was spacious and clean and had lots of amenities. Our kids loved the toys and books. Will definitely try to come back! »

« This was a great stay for four women on a book-cation! So quiet and so much space that we all lounged and slept comfortably. The owner is so kind and makes himself available for any questions you may have. There’s even a hammock outside in the side yard area! If you’re looking for a quiet get away this is the place to stay. »
