« It was clean. It had a beautiful drive to it and it was tucked up in the woods. It would be nice if there was curtains, but that is OK. You are surrounded by trees. Enjoyed our visit. Has a very cute town nearby. Wasn’t in the house very much was enjoying all the scenery. »

« The cottage is lovely, with modern kitchen and bath and charming furnishings throughout. Views are wonderful and the location is quiet, set well back from the road. The host is very prompt and courteous in communications. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us when I temporarily mislaid the key. »

« My cousin and I planned this trip so that we could do some biking on the C & O Canal Towpath. We loved that the host provided bikes for our use and were able to hit the trail for a bit in spite of a rainy weekend. The location of the property was ideal for this. We also found several wineries in close proximity and added those to our itinerary since we were not able to bike as much as we would have liked to. The house was very cute and clean and had everything that we needed during our stay....

« Our stay at Bala’s home was wonderful. The location right on the river is perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very close drive to the National Park and Front Royal. The home is updated nicely and amenities are well stocked, above average kitchen supplies from the typical vacation rental. Do note that there are no tvs in the bedrooms which we appreciated but some may not. Overall it was great. »

« It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

« The cabin is an absolute gem, located in the mountains but within easy reach of groceries, restaurants, hiking, fishing, etc. The stay was spacious, clean, tidy, had plenty of entertainment options, and communication was timely. Would not hesitate to book again. »

« My sister and I took my mother, who is 90 years old, on a weekend, trip of wine tasting and fine dining. The house was perfectly located across from Willow Croft Winery, and down the road from Stone Tower Winery. The house is beautiful. They are so welcoming and friendly. Everything we needed was at the house. They even included a bottle of wine and some other necessities! Hope to come again soon. »

« Our family was in town to celebrate our son’s wedding and enjoyed “Pink” house! The quaintness of the house matched the quaintness of Leesburg making our week here one to remember! Britt was great! »

« Great stay and location. Jill is an excellent host. We requested to add an additional day and early check in and she was super accommodating. Only con would be the pump in the basement. We were there during torrential rains and the pump was somewhat noisy. »

« My husband, son, and I stayed in the townhome recently while visiting the sights in Harpers Ferry. The weather was very rainy, so we actually ended up spending more time indoors than anticipated--but in a space so lovely and relaxing, it was no problem! There were children's toys and books available in the living room, and two roku-ready tvs. Haris (host) was responsive when I had questions and checked in to ensure we were having a good stay. Would recommend to others! »
