« cabin was very cute and clean and had nice character. hosts were very responsive to my messages. we enjoyed the new AC, grill, and Keurig coffee machine. The surrounding area had great hiking spots. would stay again :) »

« We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

« My brother and I were very impressed with the serenity and peacefulness of The farmhouse we loved every minute of it we heard the stream running the storm was even beautiful I our dog was very normal he enjoyed everything of his day there as well I go back again and again the host was great the wife cooked us some great bread thanks Lynn we really appreciate it and Greg was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us nice stories and tidbits about The farmhouse thank you so much...

« The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. My only suggestions would be to upgrade at least one bed to a queen for larger people. My stepdad is 6' "3" and had a bit of a hard time fitting in the bed. And some larger furniture in the sitting room. It really was a great place though and I will recommend it and may stay again myself if we go back to the area. »

« Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit! »
