« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« A perfect place for a couple to stay in Christchurch for a few days. Convenient to a lot of places in Christchurch but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was spacious with heated floor and wonderful water pressure. »
