« The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

« Loved the house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and many other activities. Saw tons of fish in the canal behind the house and even a manatee swam by one day. Would definitely stay here again. The host was really fast responding to messages. Thank you so much. »

« The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. The couch / TV room is comfy and spacy. The TV appears to be 70...

« This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. »

« We had a great time with our 2 families. The pool and spa area was very lovely. The tv outside was awesome. We spent most of our time out back. I would’ve only added a comfy outdoor couch. There were many kitchen supplies for us to cook meals at the house which made it feel like being at home. Our kids had a great time and it was also nine not having neighbors out back either. It kept things very private. Alicia was very accommodating and communicative. We would go back. »

« We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, beautiful and had all the essentials we needed. (Paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, garbage bags, etc.)We really enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, swimming, beach and just sitting on the porch relaxing.
