« Good place to stay. Quite close to route of travel between England and Scotland. Aldi, Petrol station, washing machines, restaurants all around the accommodation. Excellent communication with Joanne for checking in. There is a handy small shared kitchen on the ground floor. »

Très satisfaite de cet hôtel, le personnel d'accueil très efficace et aimable, la propreté des chambres irréprochable, le confort aussi. Le petit déjeuner inclus très appréciable,il ne manquait rien,et la aussi le personnel formidable, faisant tout pour que rien ne manquait et les tables propres. Je ne peux que recommander le Holiday Inn Express à Newcastle, qui est aussi qu'à 5 minutes de la gare et.proche de tout.

« This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

Das Hotel wird nach und nach die Zimmer renovieren... meines kommt wohl auch bald dran. Gut - es war noch veraltet, aber auf jeden Fall wirklich sauber.
