« What a lovely place to stay! We loved the setting on a farm, and awakening each morning to birdsongs. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and spotlessly clean! « This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it. »

« Very nice little apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It was furnished and decorated very nicely (it didn't feel like a generic rental but it wasn't so fancy you were afraid to use stuff). Comfortable bed, nice pillows, nice sheets. I loved the porch and garden (and occasional visits from their very cute dog). »

« Exceptionably decorated and lovely, first floor apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with basic foodstuffs. Bathroom location was a bit awkward forget un-related parties (food off each bedroom) but it worked, and I loved the heated floor. Lovely patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Communication was excellent! »
