« WOW!That just about sums up this property.Our stay was almost perfect (will mention a few negatives at the end of this review)The unit itself was very clean and pretty much matches the pictures in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the supplied linens and towels were very nice as well.The kitchen is well stocked as well.Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and there were no issues with check-in or anything else on her end.Only a couple minor issues (which would not stop us from visiting...

« What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. Beds are comfy. Big nice bathroom. History of the building is so interesting. The owners are very very nice to work with. Would love to come back! »

« The home is perfect for the Richmond experience. The neighborhood is historical and in the perfect location to visit the historical sites of the city. Comfort and beauty describe the house best.
