« Great place and quiet location! Nate was a great communicator before and all throughout our stay. We used all three bedrooms and all slept great. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Nice blackout curtains in street-facing bedroom! Appropriate instructions for use of televisions and great selection of streaming services. While we didn’t do any cooking, there was ample things provided if we had wanted to cook. Would highly recommend Nate’s place if you need a place to stay in the Paducah...

« We stayed here for 3 nights for an archery competition. It is exactly as described. The owners are continuing to renovate this "farm house", so it is a work in progress, but it was perfect for us. « We had a fantastic stay at this house for our quilting vacation! With 9 adults, we needed plenty of space, and this home delivered. We were able to set up our sewing areas comfortably and still had room to spare for relaxing and enjoying our time together. The host was incredibly generous and communicated wonderfully, making the entire experience seamless. The neighborhood was also great—quiet, welcoming, and a perfect setting for our retreat. We would absolutely stay here again! »
