This home has three levels, connected by an entry stairway. The entry is on the middle level, with the living and kitchen areas upstairs. The lower level has two bedrooms and access to the yard.

Bedroom 1 (Second Floor) has a King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Third Floor) has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (First Floor) has a Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
- Please note, access to Bedroom 3 is through Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 (First Floor) has a daybed that converts into a King and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3

This laid-back beach town sits 25 miles north of downtown San Diego and is actually a community within the city of Encinitas. Central shopping and restaurants allow this town to have easy access to entertainment and family-friendly sites. With great waves, it's no surprise that this town is a sufers heaven.

Many things nearby are walkable if you’d like. If not, it’s a short couple minute drive to access coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach!

Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Cardiff by the Sea

Driveway, garage and street parking are available. Please try not to block the access of neighbors if parking on the street

Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm - 9am. We ask our guests to be mindful of noise at all times, especially while on the balcony
This is a quiet family neighborhood that isn't suited to parties or loud noise. Please be respectful of noise at all times to ensure the enjoyment of everyone in this beautiful community.
No parties or large groups over occupancy.

Only small dogs (2 max, 20 lbs or less), NO CATS. All dogs must be 100% house trained, no puppies. Please pick up after your pet when on walks and in the backyard. There is an extra charge if landscapers need to pick up pet waste.
