Our living room features a comfortable set of sofas and leather wingback chair for laidback evenings in. The space also includes a large 48" Roku tv equiped with guest mode for watching your favorite shows and an indoor electric fireplace to make your time spent here extra cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including retro-style appliances to satisfy your inner vintage.
The dining room features a sleek wooden table with matching chairs and is perfect for hosting family dinners or intimate gatherings. We have also included an assortment of classic and modern board games to make your stay extra memorable.
You will love our retro brick game room. Whether you're a seasoned shuffleboard player or a budding dart pro, you're sure to have a blast in this nostalgic haven of gaming and good times. The walls of the game room are adorned with retro-themed art. You will also find a combination record player in the game room capable of playing all your favorite tunes on cassette tapes, CDs, or vinyl records; setting the perfect soundtrack for your gaming experience.
Our three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for our guests featuring plush queen-size beds with premium Helix Hospitality mattresses. All three bedrooms are decorated with mid-century modern accents and have plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the primary bedrooms includes a mid century modern desk with comfortable chair to function as a dedicated work area.
In addition to our indoor living spaces, our large backyard is also designed with relaxation in mind. The backyard is equipped with premium features including outdoor seating, grill (depending on gas levels you may need to exchange the tank for more gas at walmart), outdoor smokeless fire pit and set of cornhole boards perfect for enjoying a fun filled evening with family and friends.
Our home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Cambridge, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions to explore. We're also close to the scenic Choptank River, which offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and boating.

GUEST ACCESS:
The property boasts a large driveway with plenty of parking. It is just 3000 ft. from Gerry Park and 4000ft from downtown Cambridge. Glasgow tennis Courts are right across the street. The property is near the Ironman course and is a great home base for practice or event weekends. Check In instructions will be sent the day before check-in and will include the property address and contactless check-in instructions. You will also recieve a link to our electronic guidebook which has a tons of useful information about the area and house.
HOUSE RULES:
Our top priority is to ensure that you have a comfortable and peaceful stay. To achieve this, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the following house rules if for any reason you cannot do so please contact us within 48 hours of your stay. This will enable you to cancel your booking without penalty if you cannot comply with the rules for any reason. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
-If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us through the app.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any necessary extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains will be charged.
-Before check-out, please ensure that you wash all dishes. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
-There is ample parking space available on the driveway, so please refrain from parking on the grass or in the street.
-You're welcome to adjust the climate and lighting to your liking. However, please turn off all lights and appliances when not in use and return appliances to their original setting before check-out.
-You're free to use the fridge and pantry for storing food and other consumables. Please discard any perishable items before your departure.
-Please be aware that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables that guests are welcome to use and consume. However, guests are responsible for inspecting these items before consumption, and the host is not liable for any illness or adverse reactions that may result.
-If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any stained linens may incur additional charges.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture, as any damage to the floor or other surfaces may incur additional charges.
-If you intend to host an event such as a wedding or graduation (but not a party), please speak to us about it first.
-Guests who hold parties without the host's permission, resulting in extra cleaning, will be charged for the additional cleaning costs. If neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
-If guests are found to be carrying or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
-Lastly, please remember that this is a family oriented community, not a hotel. Please treat the property and neighbors with respect.
