« We had a great stay! Perfect location to ULM. We were in town for Orientation. Our daughter stayed on campus, and we stayed here. We were only there to sleep and shower, so we weren't able to take full advantage of the house. Super cozy! Highly recommend. »

« The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. »

« We had ten extended family members stay here for the rodeo. It’s a charming home with ample space for us to spread out. There is an additional room in the back of the house that we thought at first was a screened in porch but discovered it was air conditioned bonus room with outdoor seating and toys for the kids. »

« This was a nice, comfortable property in what appeared to be a very safe neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive. There is a nice screened in porch, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a happy stay and we would recommend that you consider this property if staying in Monroe. »

« Our stay at the house was wonderful. The location was perfect as a home-base after long hours at the University. The space was ample and comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds were just right to rest. »
