« Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

« This was our second time staying. We stayed during the winter last time and the summer this time. It still held up to be exactly what we wanted and a nice break from civilization. »

« The house was cute and everything was as listed. The location was gorgeous. Loved being able to look out at the valley. The only down side is there was no broom to so we couldn’t clean the floor. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories to use inside the house, very good sized rooms and comfortable beds. We’re already making plans to go back again before school starts back up. Definitely recommend. Very peaceful and quiet and...
