« Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. We rented a pontoon at the marina and ate dinner one night at Val's in Valpraiso - which was excellent. The house was clean and had everything...

« The property is in a great location for the University of Nebraska visits and events. It’s in an older neighborhood with smallish houses. The home is clean and cozy, and communication with the host is easy. Highly recommend this property. »

« We liked everything and it was accommodating for our family needs. We came from Oregon and had a family reunion close by so it was perfect for us to have a home to go back to with our family that was comfortable and in a safe environment. »

« This property was perfect for our family. We were in Omaha for a baseball tournament and a couple of games of the College World Series. Much more affordable than staying in Omaha and just a short drive on I-80. »

« First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas. »

« Everything was great with the exception of the communication with the property manager (I had to reach out to them on the day of my stay to ask for the address and access information as it was never communicated to me prior to that), and the shower did not work- the tub worked, but the valve to switch it from tub to shower was broke so I had to use a cup from the room to wash my hair. »

« We were in town for a marathon and stayed one night. This location isn’t in a super. Busy or populated area but that was perfect for us. The recreational area was nice area to just chill.
