« I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

« Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor. »

« Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist SEHR gut! Freundliche Mitarbeiter waren da um 23:00! Konnte um diese Zeit noch ein leichtes Essen erhalten. Morgenessen wird auf Wunsch und gewünschte Zeit gekocht und serviert. Es war sauber und sehr nahe zum Flughafen und doch recht ruhig. Werde wieder dort übernachten :-) ! »

« Great hotel close to the airport. I stayed here for a night because my flight landed quite late at Entebbe. I was picked up at the airport and had a comfortable stay after a long flight. It made my transition into Uganda quite easy. »

« Waking up from a quiet night's sleep on a comfortable mattress with spotless sheets and walking out to sit on Claire's veranda to bird watch each morning was the highlight of my day. A hamerkop, bulbuls and mousebirds (among 10+ other types) came to visit while storks, pied kingfishers and even African greys flew by. A monkey on a neighboring roof was seen too. All this nature, yet five minutes walk to the lakeshore lined with restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the Carrefour. »

"The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Trying to find the place, we finally got at the Hotel around 2:30 am. Even the phone number provided weren’t working. Other than that, the hotel is very good and highly recommended. "
