« My group stayed here to celebrate my fiance's 30th birthday. We are from the area and wanted to stay close. The location was perfect for a night at Pats Place. The house was beautiful and large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was very accommodating & helpful. He made sure the pool was opened & cleaned (even early for us!), offered us an early & late check-in/check-out, and was very communicative and friendly. »

« Overall this is an amazing spot. It is basically a hotel suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for us. Everything else pictured is in the building but not the room. Do not miss the view from the observation deck. You can see the building from almost everywhere in Boston! »

« The home is exactly as described. Pristine, clean and beautiful! The pool was great for cooler / rainy days. Our family and especially children spent hours swimming, sitting on the back deck and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The beaches are minutes away with a long list of activities all within 30-40 minutes - whale watching! Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. Wonderful places to eat nearby. Finally - I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the homeowner. Every question was addressed...
