« Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break. »

« Maison très confortable, spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée, à la propreté irréprochable. Située dans un quartier agréable et très pratique (tous les commerces sont à 2mn à pied),très bien relié au centre de Brighton par des lignes de bus (environ 20 mn de bus). Merci à Bex qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et réactivité pour nous aider en toute occasion. Une adresse que nous recommandons très vivement. »

« Maison typique anglaise très bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, du Pier et du centre de la ville. Très bon état et literie neuve. Une des 3 chambres est vraiment très petite (juste la largeur d’un lit 2 places) et la grande chambre donne au dessus d’un Pub donc parfois bruyant le soir. Mais nous avons fait un excellent séjour. »

« This is a fantastic property in a great location. It’s very comfortable and tastefully decorated with all the modern facilities. I think the location is perfect. The only negative comments I will make is that there are signs throughout the property to remind guests not to do this or that, and also that the backyard cannot be access before 7am or after 9pm. »

« I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!! »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

« The house is clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The lounge is small, and the table does not sit 12 people comfortably. Parking is a nightmare, complicated and expensive. »

« Property was very well kept, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. We were a Family of 4 adults and 2 children, and there was ample space for us not to be on top of each other. Nice large lounge, and a large kitchen. Bedrooms were all double sized. There was a gate that could be closed across the drive to make the back garden secure for kids and dogs. « Great place in an excellent location. Modern and clean with very friendly staff. Shame about the road works with their early morning starts and the 6.30 Sunday morning bin lorry - not the hotels fault. »

« Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
