« Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed. Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back. »

« Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »
