Auberges à Lewes

« Staff not very friendly (both on check in and check out). It seemed as if they would like to be anywhere except where they were then and there and they did not seem keen to help with anything. The walls are very thin and people speaking in the corridor sound like they are in your room. You can also hear everything outside. Did not have a good night's sleep and would not book to stay here again. »

« Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff »

« A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. « A great place to stay, especially when the sun is shining! Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. »

« This is an English Pub,no pretence is made or implied to be a Gastro-Pub.Just a good honest pub.Clean, hospitable, polite and importantly dog loving. In short an establishment that does exactly what it says on the box.Totally authentic, bravo. »
