« ***1st Class Stay!!*** We stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view which was nothing but perfection. Clean, light, airy and the view onto the old pier is stunning. The staff at the hotel are engaging and professional and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is exactly how you want it. The cocktails in the hotel bar are delicious and they were happy for us to go off menu and make us our favourite drinks. The bar its self is cosy and has a relaxing atmosphere. »

« Hôtel plutôt propre et moderne. Chambre plutôt propre et fonctionnelle. Difficulté pour régler la température mais nous n’avons pas eu froid. En revanche, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à mes mails pour savoir si nous pourrions manger à l’hôtel (soir de noël). En arrivant on nous a dit oui, puis non. La communication n’est pas leur fort! Mais sinon bien dans l’ensemble! »

« Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting «  and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »

« Very nice and big appartment with sideview on the sea and the pier, very good location and we could park the car in the street thanks to the permit »
