« Le personnel de l’hôtel est charmant et attentionné mais la construction, le bâtiment en lui-même et les matériaux utilisés ne sont pas qualitatifs. Premièrement j'arrive dans un chambre sans eau chaude. Avec le technicien impuissant je change de chambre. Dans ma deuxième chambre l'eau est chaude mais sort par le haut du pommeau de douche sur le plafond et par-dessus la paroi, directement sur les essuies, un vrai sketch. Armez vous de patience pour les ascenseurs, il desservent tous tout les...

« Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very great location just besides shopping mall and walkable distance to BGC High Street. Breakfast spread is nice too and they changed it everyday. My only feedback was the gym is not directly accessible from the same elevator (need to change), and maybe place some sanitation wipes and towels if possible. I think it was shared in the building hence it may be different but otherwise everything else are great! »

« Good value accommodation in a great location near high street public area. Market and pharmacy nearby Kitchen was adequate though instructions for stove operation would have been helpful, possibly a rice cooker oiler among the kitchen supplies. »

« If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb ) Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West. »

« Checking and access was fairly smooth. The unit was clean. It’s meets what I needed for a short overnight stay at close proximity where I needed to be / across Uptown Mall BGC. Only suggestion was the actual unit photos upon booking was closer to the unit itself. Access to the gym would have been good but totally understand it has some challenges w building common access. Overall, I would consider it again. Host was fairly easy to reach and responsive. »
