The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during...

« The place was nice and everything looked like the photos. The only problem I had was not getting instructions on how to check in. However, after I gave the host a phone call he provided me with everything I needed. »

« Good luck getting ahold of anyone if you’re not physically there. Messages went ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, with so many options out there I would definitely stay away from this one. »

« This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!! »

« The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach. It was really upsetting and very uncomfortable staying there and while I was staying...

« The room was so small.. The is no telephone in the room There was no iron and board in the room you need to request but it only up to 30 minutes to use and return right away. Never heard about this kind of amenities There are only 2 bath towel and 1 floor mad supply. Cleaning is every 3 days. Even it cost less but it terrible to stay. Will never return to red planet. »
