« This hotel is not really a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old especially the bathroom it's not the level of Shangri la hotel we were quite disappointed. And it's situated in a big mall so there's a lot of people and a lot of noise. And it's way too expensive. The positif thing is the gym and a great breakfast »

I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. »
