However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. « location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. »

« This is not a hotel but a combo so not advisable for business travellers and short stays (no drinkable water in room, soap dispensers empty so had to buy my own, no iron table). You end up renting a flat managed by 3rd party: no wifi in common areas (nightmare for Grab taxi), checking in took ages (staff asking for a tag i never got). »

Premièrement j'arrive dans un chambre sans eau chaude. Avec le technicien impuissant je change de chambre. Dans ma deuxième chambre l'eau est chaude mais sort par le haut du pommeau de douche sur le plafond et par-dessus la paroi, directement sur les essuies, un vrai sketch. « The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year. »

« Room was very hot and musty when we arrived. The atmosphere of the living area was not as welcoming, furniture was just all mismatching. Contacting the host for check in instructions via the contact number provided by Expedia was a nightmare. »

« Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous »
