Upon entering the house from the back of the building you will need to climb about six steps to get in the front door. When entering the house you'll find three generously sized bedrooms on each side of the hallway. The interior design and furnishings exude an air of elegance and comfort. At the end of the hallway, the space opens up to a sprawling kitchen and family room, complete with a 70-inch TV, Roku, and an electric fireplace. Comfortable leather couches and expansive windows provide magnificent views of downtown Blowing Rock. Additionally, the space extends to a massive 718-square-foot artificial turf-covered deck overlooking Main Street, perfect for taking in the scenery.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a new gas stove, gas cooktop, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, large stainless steel refrigerator, and a substantial kitchen island with white marble countertops and a gleaming gold-colored faucet. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, coffee makers, including a Keurig with initial K Pods, a regular coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, baby high chair, Pack N Play, and more. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people at a handcrafted wooden resin table imported from Turkey, with an additional six seats available at the kitchen bar top. The house is fully stocked with all the essential appointments to make you and your guests feel at home.
For entertainment, the house provides games like Connect 4, UNO, Monopoly, and Texas Hold'em cards and chips for rainy days. Outdoor fun is facilitated with cornhole boards on the large deck. Each bedroom is furnished with queen-size beds and smart TVs, allowing guests to personalize their streaming experience with their own login accounts, including Roku TVs. Curtains that can be drawn for privacy are provided on all windows. The property offers initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, high-quality linens, fluffy white towels, new mattresses, and a selection of soft and firm pillows. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and bath products, with body water massage showers and a Waterfall Feature in each.
A common area laundry room features two washing machines, two dryers, laundry pods, and a Pack N Play to make your stay stress-free. The door for the shared laundry room is located on the side entrance of the building on the second floor, Unit C.

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old.

Each bedroom has an assigned parking space; parking spaces 1 through 4 are located outside the front door, while spaces 5 and 6 are in the lower level parking lot, designated for this house only.
