« This property is paradise in the country! Chatham is the root of our family so it was great to be in Chatham and still be free enough to do all the things we used to do with my grandfather when we visited 20 years ago. Now that my grandad is older being able to make it easier for him to come to where he is is important to us! This home had everything we wanted, needed and didn’t know we needed! All the way down to a sharpie! Dawn was more than helpful and communicative! Loved this experience »

« My family and I stayed in this home a couple of years ago, and it was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. This stay was just as perfect. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient for us, and we never have to rush out and buy basic necessities - everything is there, plus more! The host is responsive and friendly and has obviously given careful thought to what families need in a home away from home. Kids have plenty of entertainment, and adults easily find spots to gather and visit...

« The property had extremely dirty floors you couldn't walk Barefoot without getting black feet. there's was dirt and all the window sills and at the doors there was one single fork in the entire place. There was trash and dirt on the back patio on the front carport. There was a lot of small damage to the place I took pictures of that to protect myself in case they came back and said we did it »

« The overall experience from getting the property rented to the day that we left was exceptional! We were allowed to check in early on the Thursday, thanks to the amazing owners, and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and cozy making it feel like our "home away from home". We definitely plan to stay there for years to come as long as the State Tournament continues to reside in that area. »
