« This is a beautiful house! There was a lot of room for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 12 people. The hot water was sometimes lacking. We never got hot water in the room on the lower level. The beach was terrible because of the sargassum problem right now. We adjusted our week to include 2 days of Xcaret and 2 days of Isla to make up for it. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The beds are very firm so be prepared for that. « Property's interior finish was not nice enough to justify the cost. Mattresses should be replaced, and the seat of the blue futon is blown out as well. I ended up sleeping on the "upper" portion of the futon just so that I wouldn't get a sore back. Also, I could only get two of the stove burners to function, and it would be nice if the mop had a storage cabinet so we didn't have to stare at it in the bathroom. »
