« We had an absolutely incredible MDW at the cabin with our two dogs. It was chilly, so we were worried about the temps in the cabin, but Jessie got the fireplace going for us and there were SO many giant blankets available for curling up. We did nothing all weekend but look at their incredible view, read, play their tiki toss and chess - it was absolutely magical. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, there were blackout curtains and table fans... absolutely lovely! Cannot recommend enough...

« Very happy with our stay we we're ice fishing in the Merridith derby and this was a perfect location. Drive right out on the ice with the truck and the cottage had great heat and awesome hot water shower. Will be back »

« The property is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The owner has everything you might need. Plenty of towels. Clean linens. The view was outstanding! The neighbor was awesome and helped us out tremendously. The check in was horrible with Vacasa. Not the property owners fault. After driving 14 hours and arriving late in the evening (7:00 pm) the keys were not in the lockbox. Then after contacting Vacasa, we did not receive keys to the property until after 9:00. Once we received the keys...

« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away. »

« 2023 last week of July…. Beautiful weather, check in easy, all beds made and plenty of towels provided. 4 bedrooms up, one in middle, two downstairs. Outside dock and sitting deck and lower deck where family swam and floated almost everyday. Nice to have ladders you can walk to on both swim deck and dock. No sandy beach which I knew but my group all over 21 years so not needed. We preferred floating, swimming and using the provided canoe for fishing. House was clean, rustic, comfy furniture in...
