There are amazing lake views from this lakefront home and its deck right on the water, as well as a lawn area to give kids a safe place to play, a private dock, and plenty of space for up to 14 guests, ideal for your group's next lake adventure. The huge deck has plenty of comfortable seating and even a swinging bench under the porch roof. The home has three separate living spaces, the main house offering a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. Off the back porch that faces the water is the game room with a bed and sectional couch. Upstairs is a separate apartment, with a kitchenette and two bedrooms. The main dining table can seat more than 10 dinner guests. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Parking notes: Parking is available for five vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is permitted. Please ensure to only park at the home and do not block any other home.

Dock details: There is a private dock on the property.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
