« Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût trÚs pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! Merci à Tom d'avoir toujours été trÚs réactif à nos questions. »

« My husband and I enjoyed this location for venturing out and exploring different parts of the Cape. The cottage is well appointed with everything in a tidy spot. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach and made our stay carefree. « We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. »

« Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great! »
