« This place is quiet, near downtown Starke, surrounding lakes and the airport in Gainesville. The owner responded to questions I might have quickly. Everything is new and the place is so cozy. This place is only 10 minutes from my daughter and it worked out great for us since we were down for a graduation. I cannot wait to rent this place again. »

« Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax. »

« This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future! »

« Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee. It was a very peaceful, fun, and relaxing weekend. I will certainly look into booking next time I'm in town again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. beautiful home. »

« Very nice family home! Perfect for a quick getaway like what we needed. Came home to FL to see family and this home was a great place to unwind. »

« We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. »

« Can’t beat having four people stay in this home for the same price as a hotel, with a MUCH better living experience. Really enjoyed the openness of the main spaces and the seemingly endless bedrooms. You can’t beat it for the price, wonderful property ! »

« Our stay it this property was wonderful! The house itself was beautiful and clean. The location was amazing, right on the creek with its own boardwalk and waterfront patio with a wetbar and a bathroom. The host, Courtney, was so pleasant and helpful! We will absolutely be staying here again. Such a memorable experince! »

« The home itself was incredible. The property manager got back to me very quickly and we had no problems. My only complaint was how far away everything was but that has nothing to do with the house. Bed was so comfortable and the showers were very clean. Really enjoyed the stay and how helpful the owner was! »

« Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations! »
