Hôtel bien placé dans Assouan avec une très belle terrasse donnant sur le Nil. Le rapport qualité/peix est correct. Petit-déjeuner correct. Possibilité de diner sur place.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement. Un emplacement idéal sur le Nil avec un embarcadère qui permet un accès direct aux bateaux et felouques de promenade. Un personnel au top excepté une espèce de cerbère désagréable et suffisant à la réception qui gère les réservations par Internet comme bon lui semble.

Hotel bien placé, petites chambres bien sympa, restaurant / petit dej les pieds dans le nil, vraiment cool. Par contre, le service tres variables, passant du tres agreable.et souriant a l impression de deranger.... gros soucis de wifi. ( malgre tout toujours utiles pour organiser les excursions).

Hotel correctement situé dans Aswan. En revanche hôtel très vétuste , photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Mobiliers et chambre abîmés. Le ménage n'est pas fait entièrement dans la chambre , manque les serviettes et lorsque vous faite la demande , l'employé vous demande un pourboire... Aucun wifi dans l'hôtel. Malgré plusieurs demandes le manager reste sans réponse. Personnel de réception pas agréable et pas aidant. La piscine est gelé car il rajoute de l'eau froide le matin. Malgré 29° dehors impossible d'y mettre les pieds. Les draps et le frigo sales. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel , il est hors d'âge et sale , pour un prix élevé. La demi pension : nous avons manger du riz pendant 3 soirs. Seul le personnel du restaurant du soir est aimable et accueillant.

à fuir… tout est délabré voire pas en état de fonctionnement… le jardin est une poubelle, la clim fuit… le service n’est pas du tout agréable, peu portent le masque, les serveurs se servent en pourboire sans prendre la peine de demander … seule la vue sur le nil y est agréable.

One could hardly get closer to the Nile! Superb vantage point! Apartments each have private entrance patio facing the Nile. Lovely, gracious staff greet and serve kindly. Improvements to make: clearer signage around this maze of ramps, apartments and dining rooms. In summary: a great place!

Lovely property on the Nile river. Great views. Gardens and pool area were beautiful. Staff in the hotel and restaurants were fantastic. Rooms were a tiny bit small but still comfortable and overlooking the garden which I loved. Overall great stay and would definitely come again!

The staff members (front desk, bellman, Osiris dining) were wonderful, polite, and very kind. The property is very safe and the views of the Nile are wonderful. I'm not sure why one manager chased me down to find out my room number, but I will let that pass. However, it made me feel uncomfortable as if we did not belong. The Osiris restaurant is not very clean, but the staff and the food choices made it a decent experience. I will admit that we booked the cheapest room. It left a lot to be desired. I'm not going to completely bash the hotel, but the room needs to be renovated for several safety reasons.

Good location Arrived 8 am with luggage but when returned at 6 pm there was a problem. No internet access prior week prevented confirmation and hotel did not connect the dots with our reservation and copy of my passport when I arrived AM So no room and they requested us to change hotels Manager was convinced to find us a room and it worked out. Not as smoothly as expected Overall a fine hotel

Not great.
Great location, but the standard was poor. Broken door security latch, leaking pipework, significant amount of mould in the shower, worn out sheets, rock hard mattresses. No instructions for the safe or tv. The worst was probably no warning for the agricultural scale spraying of, I presume mosquitoes, late afternoon. Couldn’t get away from it, and permeated into the room. Not nice.

Our room was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the Nile River. Our room had everything one could ask for including a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge. Service at this hotel was excellent. We were really pleased with our choic.

Our room is spacious, with a balcony that overlooks the Nile River. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom exceptionally large, ac is quiet and our access to the resteurants on site is a few steps away. Service is excellent. The market is just across the street as is other retail shopping. We chose to stay here for some r n r after our cruise ended. Very happy we chose this hotel.

The best thing about the property is its location! It is right on the Nile and within walking distance to the Aswan Bazar. This combination is the most important thing in Aswan. Having said that, please note that the rooms are slightly dated, but very functional and clean. The breakfast area is amazing with breathtaking view on the Nile, what else do you need?! If you have the right expectations about the room conditions (dated, but clean and functional), you will have a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was not well maintained. There were food dirty plates outside the suites for 2 days. Stairs were extremely dirty with debris. Carpets were not vacuumed for days. The hotel charged us $100 per person for New Year’s Eve dinner even though we told them we cannot attend. The price they charge for foreigners is 10 times more than locals. Very unfair!

Delicious lunch, nice service, cleen room, flexible arrangements, nice view. It was excellent experience for the marrige anniversary trip and many thanks for Reham,she kindly helped us. I recommend strongly stay at this hotel when you come to aswan and abu simbel.

This is an old hotel, room looks like 80s. Room is barely functional. The Nile view is very close to quayside boarding and it is constantly noisy. Last day we encountered water stoppage from midnight to next day checkout and cannot shower or flush. Staff did not offer any water except say water stoppage first time in Aswan.

Very friendly and accomidating staff. They exchanged my money and there was no tip expected. Dining options were great and the location was perfect next to market and the Nile. The only disappointing thing was the cleaningness, there were hairs all over our bathroom when we walked in. If they raised their standards of cleaning then it would be a 5 stair to me.

Bad. Just so so bad.
Arrived in the morning at about 9am. Waited for room to be available and finally allowed check in at 2.30pm after repeated follow up. No towels in room. Requested for and was not solved until we have to personally go to the receptionist to express our displeasure. Cups were not cleaned at all. Lemon seeds and used up tea bags still on the table. Worse hotel we've stayed. Location itself, while central, shouldn't give them the right to be that bad.

Property has potential but needs some work. The bad: Our air conditioner worked well but dripped continuously leaving a huge puddle on the floor and constant dripping noise. Paint / plaster chipping off the walls. Cigarette smoke, assume being pulled in through the air conditioner, was really bad in the room. Fairly noisy area with thin walls but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix. Power went off between 9:30-11:30ish every night. The good: location is great. Directly across entrance to the bazaar. Pool and breakfast area overlook the Nile. Lots of sun loungers. Breakfast was free and had a good selection. Need to go through security to enter the property.
