« We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

« Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). Et nous n’avions aucune carte d’accès pour l’ascenseur, donc pour se déplacer dans l’immeuble , étages , réception , parking et piscine ! Autand vous dire...

« Superbe appartement de 125m2,très spacieux, tout équipé, très propre. A proximité à pied de la tour Borj khalifa et Dubai mall, le très grand centre commercial. je vous recommande..très bonne communication avec M. Mohab, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. merci, je vous recommande cet hotel. »

« The apartment is really comfortable. Very well equipped. If anything, the windows were not perfectly insulating from the noise outside. The area is absolutely amazing, main entrance of the building exactly in front of Burj Khalifa. Enough said. There's even a swimming pool and a gym on the 5th floor. All very good. »

« It's a single bedroom apartment with refrigerator, microwave, free wifi , no parking space for car but one can park Infront of the building temporarily. Overall nice place to stay. »
