« Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. »

« It's an apartment super close to the beach, it comes with everything that you will need. The only thing I would recommend is to have at least 3 o 4 hangers in the closet, it would be so helpful . »

« Me and my college friends who are all 19 were very short on options for where we could stay due to us not being 21. However, this place was open to 18 and I’m thankful they trusted us to be respectful and courteous of the property.The property itself worked our perfect for the 4 of us and matched the photos and descriptions online! »

« The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full...
