« Bien dans l’ensemble. Propre, personnel attentionné. Toutefois, l’hôtel n’est pas jeune, les installations ont du vécue. Accessoires de cuisine dans les minis coins repas très très limités (pas de tasse ni verre, pas de savon à vaisselle, pas d’ouvre bouteille, pas de plaque ou gants pour le four etc.). « Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement. »

« We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. « The condo was amazing, they thought of everything as far as beach gear, games, etc. The only issue we had was the thermostat kept going up to 79 degrees. You had to get up every 2 hours to lower it back down. Other then that we will definitely use this property again! »

« Road construction directly in front of condo was bad. The staff and the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The property was kept clean. »

« We love that this property is very close to Pier Park and that is fairly quiet this time of year. The owner was very attentive and sent very informative messages offering local suggestions. Also, it was nice to receive the kindly worded email thanking us for our stay at the end and check out reminders. Highly recommend! »

« I have just returned from a week at this home and we loved it! Vacation with my 2 grown sons and 3 (teen and tween) grands and we all enjoyed the property. There was construction so that created some issues but the communications were quick and accurate and obviously no fault of the owner. The home is large and, as I said, has a very comfortable feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again and I will be recommending it to my friend group! Thank you so much! »
