« This was a perfect pied-a-terre for me in Paris. It was convenient for my meetings, very walkable, and a wonderful Lebanese restaurant virtually next door. Ismael was an exceedingly responsive host, so even when i couldn’t see some pictures he sent we were able to resolve via whats app. The kitchen is tiny but had everything i needed, the coffee was good, it really was fine for my purposes. Good to know It is 4 floors up, so not advisable if you have big suitcases or mobility issues. Voilà! »

« Overall, the stay was good enough to merely sleep at for a few nights, however we faced issues during our stay, such as the power going out three times, and the TV not working throughout our entire stay. It was difficult to contact the host, as they were communicating with me every few days through 3 different apps and weren’t that timely or responsive. Nice place, and great location for anyone looking to stay in Paris. I recommend 2 people max for the size of this property. »

« I do not recommend this property. Area is very unsafe especially at night. The house cannot be aerated . No windows at all. Lower floor is soooo humid you can’t even breath. Even though the apartment is renovated and the property management has a good follow up , this apartment is not healthy, and we do not recommend it. »
