« It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure. »

« Je recommande. Y compris pour y rester plusieurs jours. Moi je n’étais de passage que pour une nuit mais vraiment bien à tout point de vue. Seul bémol peut être le côté peu chaleureux du personnel à l’accueil. »

« Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

« Windows won’t open at all for fresh air which ended up being a good thing as we did not sleep well, could only hear traffic and sirens all night. WIFI password did not work and it took a while for someone to get back to me. Breakfast was okay, dried potatoes and wonderful waffle station. Pool area impeccably clean. Staff beyond nice and tried to help. Good location, bad insulation from noise. »

« Clean, spacious, and full size fridge. We had a full kitchen, but no pots pans or utensils. I guess maybe I should’ve asked the front desk but just figured they didn’t have any and I was supposed to bring my own. They also had a very limited channel selection on the TV. I know most people use streaming services, but sometimes it’s nice to just watch TV. »

« Hôtel tout neuf, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Néanmoins, cela ne fait pas tout. Chambre non faite le 2eme jour et serviettes non changées. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre de douche vu que ces dernières avaient traîné au sol. Obligées de descendre à l'accueil pour en avoir deux propres. Petit déjeuner le plus pauvre en choix de tout notre road trip. Arrivées à 8h30, plus rien dans les plats, plus d'oeufs, plus de quiche, plus de pâte à gaufre plus d'english muffins, et pareil le'demain. et...

« Staff was very nice room was very clean very helpful. The only negative was the outside garbage in the back was full garbage on top and around and it wasn’t emptied from S Sunday evening till Monday the next day when we left by 10 AM, same garbage was still there saw a man from housekeeping, taking trash out, but walked right by the garbage and left it Also, maybe more variety for breakfast had the same eggs and sausage for three days straight »

« There was human and pet hair on the beds and the staff put us in a different room which was way dirtier and we requested a refund but they didn’t allow it. »
