« No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. Construction workers tossing stuff out of the window and coming close to hitting our room window. Doors were always slamming. Hot tub was needing to be fixed a lot. Pool area was always dirty. « The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. Additional amenities were a nice touch, breakfast options were plentiful and yummy and the evening nibbles and a beverage were welcome indeed. We will definitely stay here again when we return. »

« This is a typical 2 star facility-easy in and out location clean enough-but not great....the A/C and heating were great...The room was adequate except the pillows-which were terrible...I requested and received a somewhat renovated room and an extra blanket- it is a pet friendly hotel-probably the single best feature : ) »

« Breakfast was great, staff was on top of keeping it refilled throughout breakfast hours. Staff was super nice. The key cards kept not working so that was a little annoying. If you can't do stairs you're gonna wanna let them know ahead of time cause there's a downstairs and am upstairs and not many rooms on the main level with no stairs. On Expedia it's advertised as having an accessible pool and a hot tub. The pool is NOT accessible. The only way to the pool area is via stairs, and the lift...
