When bringing up the contradiction we were told “good catch”, an experience that didn’t instill much confidence in our stay. « A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund.
