« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to downtown and Boise State University. Plus the Zoo, which was very nice and the Boise River trail. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, not a typical hotel room. »

« Everything was excellent, the check in was fast. The room was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds. I've ever slept in my life. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were very friendly. »

« Beds were very comfortable. Pillows big and very full, bring your own if you prefer more of a soft, flat pillow. Hotel was very quiet at night. Parking was limited due to someone pulling a uhaul trailer and taking up 5 spaces but this was addressed appropriately with management. Shower was great temperature and wonderful pressure. Didnt care for the breakfast selection but not a deal breaker. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. Would stay here again. »

« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« We were just staying the night to go to the airport which was 2 minutes away. The hotel was nice and clean a was the room. I liked the different layout of the room. The odd thing was we had windows, but it opened to an inner hallway, so it was not a window that looked outside. There was a breakfast and pool, but we did not partake of either of those other than the free coffee. The bathroom was out of conditioner and bodywash, so I had to use the shampoo to wash my body. »
