« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« The room had so many little touches in it that everything you could possibly need for your stay is there and if it’s not in the room the front desk will tack it down. The staff in general were fantastic. They were so friendly and welcoming. I dined at the restaurant and had drinks at both bars and the coffee shop and everyone was so personable and kind. Housekeeping was so kind to accommodate my weird work schedule so my room was clean when needed. »

« We had a great stay room is nice bed is comfortable, coffee in lobby was hot and fresh all day. Only complaint we had was we booked two rooms at exact same time, and ended up on opposite ends of the hall , obviously we book two rooms because we want to be near our family. »
