« We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

« This hotel was very hit and miss. It was recently refurbished but still really lacking - for example the bathroom was so tiny you could barely fit on the toilet seat without banging your knees on the sink. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.
