An open floor plan from the kitchen leads to the comfortable furnished living room, then straightaway access to patio deck for a meal or conversation. If you need to complete some remote work, the desk workspace features a lovely view of farmland to inspire you. Air conditioning cools every room in the house, so feel free to kick back and relax. You'll enjoy convenient access to a variety of hiking trails, rivers, lakes, and forest. Bass Lake is just a few minutes away and the south entrance to Yosemite National Park is less than 30 miles from this mountain home. When you're finished with your adventures, load up a fire in the wood fireplace and enjoy telling stories from the day.
THINGS TO KNOW The garage is not available for guest use. There is no boat slip for this home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
