"Shower head holder is broken and you need to hold it manually! Room is next to the road and is very noisy with traffic noise. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. There is no air con and no fans to lend to customers when we asked."

"Lovely bright room, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The pub is very old and quirky with low doorways and sloping floors but that's it's charm. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good. Evening pub meals were tasty and very well priced. Overall a pleasant place to stay ..."

A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. ..."
