« This venue is very traditional and in an era from 1970s. I kind of like that! Staff were lovely and food was great. Golf course was beautiful although had been suffering with this summer heat. Buggies a must for me. Didnt use the spa facilities. Love the cricket memorabilia! »

« The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . Room for 3 cars to park...

« Séjour agréable et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Très bon repas. La photo de chambre double dans le pavillon (lodge) me faisait craindre un espace étriqué. Bien au contraire, la chambre est spacieuse, confortable, agréable, propre, calme. Literie confortable. Très grande baignoire ! Le pavillon est tout proche (2 minutes à pied) du bâtiment principal où se prennent les repas. Excellent séjour, nuit reposante. »

« It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. Upon our arrival, the room had clearly not been cleaned: only the bedding and towels had been changed, but the rest was a horror show. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with...
