« The property was absolutely fine as a base. Easily walkable to the shops and the seafront. The parking is not great around the area. There is pay and display parking nearby but on-street parking was limited. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent and was helpful. The only negative I have is that the resident upstairs, above the property, was quite noisy when moving around in the night time. »

« Be reassured: when they say "Single Bed (Shared)", you won't have to share the tiny bed—only the old bathroom. Even so, for the price, you would have expected an en-suite. Don't rely on the staff to help. The guy is useless. Don't ask questions either: it will take him three hours to reply, and the answer will show he hasn't even read the question. Don't expect too much from the breakfast, either: one overcooked fried egg standing sheepishly next to a hash brown, one sliced mushroom, and a...

« Room small but nice & clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast very good, nice area, be sure to check out the Abbey opposite, well worth a visit.. »

« A really lovely hotel with even lovelier staff. Right next to the beach and perfect for our little get away. Breakfast was also really lovely and the staff were really accommodating »

« Bien situé à Eastbourne, chambre (lit, fenêtres, tapis, déco,) très datée… »

« First room was unusable due to extreme noise all night, and I only got moved the next day after reporting it. The first night was therefore effectively lost and no refund was given. Also concerning: the hotel took full credit card details, including the security code (CVV), and wrote them down on a piece of paper, which is unsafe practice. Overall, poor handling of a serious issue and questionable payment security procedures. Expedia offered only a small goodwill credit, which did not reflect...

« Philip and his wife Nikki have a wonderful Hotel and are lovely people! Our room was tidy, comfortable, quiet, and had small touches like complimentary tea and cookies that were so appreciated and enjoyed by us. I had the best sleeps I had on our entire 2-week stay while here, so much so that I missed breakfast unfortunately--(my fiancé made it though and said the food was delicious also). If we are ever in the area again, we will be back. Thank you for the fantastic experience! »

« Wonderful friendly and attentive staff . Parking easy , excellent food and very comfortable bedroom . Would definitely visit again. »
