« I have stayed at many vrbo places and check in usually really easy. But this one I received no information. When I contacted them I was told I had to sign a contract and show ID. I had not had this email and to cut a long story short it was a total faff and got the trip off on a bad note. Email finally came after chasing through vrbo (very helpful) but an hour or so wasted when I could have been working. House lovely and never a problem to find parking on the road outside.
